Pinstripe Review and Gameplay | Indie Game Spotlight

Hey! This is my Indie Spotlight! I’ll be talking about various indie games, trying to bring independent studio games some attention that might have been overlooked. After my short review and overview, i’ll be including some of my initial game play.

Pinstripe is a fun little puzzle platformer where you play as Teddy, an ex-minister adventuring through a frozen hellscape of some sorts in search of his young daughter, Bo. Bo was kidnapped by this creepy character, Pinstripe.

I would recommend Pinstripe, the story was fun with a burton feel and the art was top notch. But, this is an extremely casual story game. It seems more suited to fans of the point and click type story games. As a platformer fan, I enjoyed the story and the art was very well done. The gameplay itself though had its downsides, I wish the backtracking wasn’t necessary as it just seemed like a waste of time.
